Yes. Submit an Ontario One Call request before digging on public or private property so registered infrastructure owners are notified. Privately owned lines beyond the utility demarcation point may still require a private locator; Tierra can scope that remaining work.
Ontario One Call’s DL model assigns a locator 100% to your project, working ahead of your crews instead of joining the general queue. Scope, region, request flow and escalation are agreed before assignment.
Tierra can document the site condition, available records, marks, field observations and event chronology so the parties reviewing the damage have a clearer technical record. The exact investigation, reporting and specialist support should be confirmed for the claim and jurisdiction involved.
Submit an Ontario One Call request before digging, including work on private property. Tierra can then scope privately owned lines beyond the utility demarcation point or added project-specific support. Long-running projects may suit a Dedicated Locator; active excavation may need standby coverage; critical time-sensitive work may qualify for Ultra Urgent service.
Price depends on site size, utility complexity, access, available records and timing. Submit the required Ontario One Call request first, then contact Tierra with the private-infrastructure scope and work limits so the field effort and required record can be confirmed before quoting.
